ToriAroma Bath & Body Boutique Policies & Disclaimers

 

 

POLICIES

 

Payments:

Our online payments are processed via PayPal's secure servers.  You can complete your PayPal purchase using your own PayPal account, your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit or debit cards, or E-Check.  (You do not need a PayPal account, but you will be asked if you'd like to create an account when you pay.)  

 

Offline and in-person credit and debit card payments are processed by Square Up's secure servers.

 

Tax:

Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged to all orders sold or shipped to the state of Virginia.

 

Shipping:

  • International Orders: Orders can only be shipped to a US address or APO at this time.
     

  • We offer a flat rate $8.95 shipping fee on all US retail orders under $75!! (If your order is small and/or very lightweight, we may be able to adjust your shipping fee via a refund.)  ALL US orders include POSTAL INSURANCE.

 

  • Shipping Method:  Your products will be shipped via USPS using either First Class or Priority Mail.

 

  • Shipping Address:  All packages will ship to the address that is listed in your PayPal account.  If you need your order shipped to a different address, please contact us to let us know.

 

  • Tracking Info:  Once your package ships, you will be sent a tracking number via PayPal, so that you’ll know when to expect your goodies! 

 

  • Turn Around Time:  Typical turn around time (TAT) for orders is 3-7 days, depending on the items ordered.  Turn around time is the amount of time that it will take to receive your order, make your products, package them, and send to the Post Office.  Your turn around time clock will start once we receive your payment.  Turn around time for E-Checks will start once your payment has cleared through your bank.  (This can take up to 7 business to happen.)

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

I know that you will love my products as much as I do.  However, if you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact me, and we will work together on a mutually agreed upon solution.  Due to the personal nature of bath & body products, I can not offer full refunds or exchanges on opened or used products.

 

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of payment, and I will offer a refund through PayPal, less a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.

 

Privacy: 

ToriAroma Bath & Body Boutique will not share or sell your information to any outside parties.  We collect only the information that is necessary to complete your transaction.  Our online shop is hosted by Wix, and we process our payments through PayPal and Square.  You can read their privacy policies on their respective websites:  www.wix.com, www.paypal.com, and www.squareup.com.

Liability:

ToriAroma Bath & Body Boutique makes no medical claims regarding the use of any of our products.  None of the statements on this website have been evaluated by the FDA. None of our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product information provided for informational purposes only. Please see a doctor if you need medical advice.

 

Our products are for external use only.  Do not eat our products, get in eyes or nose, or use internally.  Although most of our bath and body products are made with natural ingredients, there is always a risk of allergic reactions to any product.  Always test a small amount of a new product on the back of the hand or wrist before use.  If you experience rash or irritation, discontinue use at once.
 

All products include a list of ingredients used to make the product.  Ingredients are also listed on each product's online listing.  Please read the ingredient lists before purchasing, and consult with a physician or health care professional should you be concerned of possible sensitivities/allergic/adverse reactions to any of the ingredients.  Should you have any questions regarding any of my products, please email Vicky at toriaroma@yahoo.com.

 

Always use caution when using soaps or bath additives, such as bath bombs, bath truffles, bath salts, etc., as they can make the tub/floor slippery.  Adult supervision is advised when using any of our products.

 

Certain essential oils, minerals, and herbs are not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation, or if you have certain medical conditions or allergies. Please consult a medical professional for advice if you are unsure before using any product.  We take absolutetly no responsibility for the misuse of any of our products.  ToriAroma Bath & Body Boutique's maximum product liability is the price you are paying for the item.

 

Trademarks:

Registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.  All designer-inspired scents available here are an interpretation of the designer originals.  Our scented oils are created by a select group of artisan perfumiers, without alcohol or other fillers. While our designer-inspired oils closely replicate the original scent, they are not the original product.
