Bath & Body Products FAQs

1. Do you REALLY make all of your products?

Yes, I do!  I personally handcraft all of my ToriAroma bath and body products in small batches.  This ensures that your items are fresh when you get them and haven't been sitting around on a shelf for 6 months.  This also allows me to customize products with your favorite scents, colors, and ingredients.  

 

However, I do offer items from other manufacturers, including incense, and Scent Warmers.

 

2.  What do you put in your products?

All of my handcrafted products include a list of ingredients, and the ingredient lists are also available online.  

 

3.  What if I want a product in a different scent or color than you're offering? Can I place a custom order?

Yes, most of my handcrafted products can be customized with your favorite scents, colors, and even ingredients.  However, custom orders can take a little longer to prepare and ship, and some customizations may increase the item's cost.  To place a custom order, please email me at orders@toriaroma.com or click here.

 

 

 

Scent Warmers FAQs

1. How do I use a Scent Warmer?

Place 1-2 scented tarts into the cup, or fill cup about 1/3 of the way with warming oil and turn on warmer. 

 

2. Are warmers safe to use?

Yes!  Of course, like with all electric appliances, it's necessary to use caution when using them.  When using scent warmers, know that the warmed/melted liquid will be HOT.  Place warmer on a flat, stable surface away from kids and pets.  Because this is a corded product, please situate the warmer and its cord in a way that will not cause people/pets to trip over it. This can cause burns on skin, damage to the warmer, and damage to your furniture/flooring, etc. 

 

3. How do I clean warmers?

To remove old oil or melted tarts, fold several paper towels and place into cooled liquid. When all liquid is absorbed into towels, throw away and start fresh with a new scent!  Do not submerse any part of warmer in water.  To clean, simply wipe with a dry, clean cloth.

2.  How do I place an order?

​You can order online at www.ToriAroma.com or by email at orders@toriaroma.com.  Paypal, credit cards, and money orders are currently accepted payments, as well as cash if the order is placed in person.

 

3.  What is the normal turn-around time before my order is shipped?​

The normal processing time for most orders is 3-7 days, but some of our custom or specialty hand-crafted body & bath products may take longer, usually depending on availability of supplies and ingredients. Every effort is made to get your order sent out as soon as possible, but I will notify you if there is a delay in shipping your order.

 

4.  Do you offer wholesale?

Yes!  If you own a business and feel that my products would complement yours, please let me know!  Please click here to contact me and I'll reply to you within 2 business days. 

 

5.  Where can I find you?

6. Do you offer fundraising opportunities?

Sure!  If you have an organization or a cause that you'd like to raise money for, please let me know! I would love to work with you to create the perfect fundraising solution for you!

 

7.  Do you offer customized party/event favors?

Yes I do!  I love doing favors for birthday parties, weddings, company events, and can even customize the labelling to reflect your event!  Contact me and we can start planning your goodies.  

 

Please keep in mind, it can take up to a few weeks to complete favor orders depending on the items and quantities, so please let me know as far in advance as you can.
